Professional Background
Before Vee, she was responsible for the growth of the NYC office of VSA Partners, a storied design agency, including seeing it through its integration of marketing and advertising capabilities and its transition into a brand-led experience design firm. Formerly, as a member of the leadership team of RSSR, the premier retained executive search firm dedicated to design, innovation and branding, she led teams in the delivery of nationwide and international lead through executive-level searches for specialists in digital and content strategy; UX strategy and design; brand and product design; and account management. Clients included Arnell Group, Barnes & Noble, Belkin, Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Honda, Interbrand, Lippincott, McDonald’s, Nissan, Nokia, Novartis, Pepsico, Procter & Gamble, Sony, The Limited, Thomson Consumer Electronics, Tupperware, Whirlpool, and Wolff Olins. While maintaining her specialty in talent acquisition, she has driven or contributed to the full talent management and strategy spectrum, from strategic workforce planning to job architecture development, employer branding and candidate and colleague experience design, capability development to resource management, compensation benchmark studies and DE&I initiatives.
